Crataegus crus-galli ‘Inermis’

The cockspur hawthorn is a thornless variety with dark green, glossy foliage.  An excellent small tree with a widespreading plant form. It has 2-3" clusters of white flowers in spring. In the fall the fruit turns a bright red providing excellent color in late summer and early fall. A tough little tree that is low maintenance and tolerates a variety of soils.  Hardy to zone 4
